1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Arm Construct website — armconstruct.am (the “Website”) and set out the principal rules applicable to users of the Website.

The Website is owned and operated by Arm Construct (the “Company”) and is intended to provide information about the Company’s projects, real estate offerings, services, and related matters.

By accessing or using the Website, viewing its content, submitting an inquiry or application, using the calculator, online chat, or other available functionality, the user acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If the user does not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, they should refrain from using the relevant Website services.

A property shall be considered properly reserved only after the applicable reservation procedure has been completed and the reservation has been confirmed by the Company.
